Idahope does offer international shipping for an additional fee. Please contact us at info@idahope.com if you wish to have products shipped internationally. NOTE: The customer may be responsible to customs fees when the product arrives to you. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on international orders.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
As each sale allocates a contribution to a specific nonprofit organization, we cannot accept returns of our goods. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us at ask@idahope.com, and we will be happy to replace it. We are also happy to exchange items that are unwashed, unworn, and in brand new condition with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange an item you purchased or received as a gift, please contact us at ask@idahope.com. Please include a copy of your original packing slip with reference to your order number and any shipping materials that were sent with your order.
